INFORMATION ON COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
In accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce Nr. 6563 and relevant legislation, a commercial electronic message shall mean messages with data, audio and video content sent for commercial purposes in an electronic environment through use of instruments such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dial machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, short message service.
Commercial electronic messages may be sent to recepients only upon obtaining their prior consent. Such consent may be given in written form or via any type of electronic communication devices or through the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi or İYS). If the consent is obtained via İYS, the consent shall include an affirmative declaration of intent and the electronic communication address of the recepient. Recepients may opt-out of commercial electronic messages, at any time, without reason. Recepient’s declaration to opt-out, shall invalidate the consent given for the communication channel by which an electronic message is sent. Recepient may also exercise his/her right to opt-out of commercial electronic messages via İYS.
If the recepient shares his/her communication information to enable communications with himself/herself, commercial electronic messages with respect to changes in, use and maintenance of supplied products or services will not require a further consent.
In line with the Law on Electronic Commerce Nr. 6563 and relevant legislation, provided that you provide your consent, we will be able to contact you, by the communication details you have provided, via any communication devices (SMS, e-mail, telephone, fax, call center, etc.) for transmission of any type of notifications, promotions, advertisements, product offers, campaigns, customer satisfaction surveys and announcements with respect to our services.
In accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce Nr. 6563, even if you gave your consent to receive commercial electronic messages, you may opt out of receiving commercial electronic messages, at any time, without specifying any reasons. We would like to remind you that you may exercise your right to opt-out from commercial electronic messages, easily and free of charge, using the same communication channel through which you have initially received a commercial electronic message. You may also exercise your right to opt-out of commercial electronic messages through İYS (as an when the system put to service).
