BPN Payment& E-Money Services (“BPN”) requests some personal information such as identity and contact information to provide payment services to its customers.
This information recorded by BPN in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and the relevant legislation, will be only used by BPN, its agents and service providers in direct relation to the conclusion and/or performance of the contract for payment services to be offered to the customer.
BPN will not share, use or sell the information it has recorded with third parties without the express consent of the customer, unless it is necessary for the establishment and/or performance of the contract with the customer.
Identity and contact information provided by our customers may only be used to inform the customer about the promotional and marketing activities related to the service via electronic commercial communication, if permitted by such customers. If our customers do not want to be informed about the aforementioned promotions, they will be able to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting our Customer Services representative, whose contact information is provided below.
Our customers can always call our Customer Services representatives to find out whether their personal data is processed, for what purposes, with which third parties and for what purpose it is shared, request correction of their incomplete or incorrectly recorded or used information, deletion or destruction of the information if the conditions stipulated in the PDPL are met, and if the information is recorded or used in violation of the PDPL, the damage suffered for this reason can be requested.
