New customers who want to transfer money from BPN points for the first time, on the other hand, need to go to the nearest BPN point and register once.

After your one-time user registration is created, you can easily complete your money transfer transactions either domestically or abroad with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union by calling our Operations Center at any time during the working hours of our Operations Center and without leaving your home.

The personal information of our customers who call our Operations Center is legally verified and the money transfer process is started to be made in Turkey or abroad in cooperation with BPN - Western Union.
At this stage, authentication is made. After the mobile phone number and e-mail approval stages, the transaction is completed by obtaining the transaction information.

PAYMENT AND APPROVAL (COMPLETED)

After your identity information, mobile phone number and e-mail verification process, recipient details and amount information are requested and your domestic or international money sending process is initiated with BPN - Western Union cooperation. After sending the total amount (principal + transaction fee) from a bank account registered in your name to the specified BPN bank account, your transaction will be confirmed and you will be informed in detail by e-mail sent to your verified e-mail address.

If you have previously made money transfers from BPN points, you can easily complete your money transfer transactions either domestically or abroad with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union by calling our Operations Center whenever you want during the working hours of our Operations Center, without leaving your home.

A customer may perform transactions at different times within a month, not exceeding a total of 1,999 TL and with a maximum of 1,999 TL per transaction.

Processes for Customers Calling Our Operations Center
  • Verifying Customer Information
    BPN customer who calls our Operations Center, firstly share your personal information with the Operations Center Supervisor and your information is confirmed by the Operations Center Supervisor through our system.

  • Cell Phone Number Verification
    Your mobile phone number registered in our system is requested from you and the verification code is sent to your registered mobile phone number via SMS. The Operations Center Supervisor with whom you are talking on the phone asks you to share this code with him. By confirming this code, whether the number is active and that the phone is in your use will be checked.

  • E-MAIL Verification
    Your e-mail address is saved in our system and a verification code is sent to your e-mail address. The Operations Center Supervisor with whom you are talking on the phone asks you to share this code with him/her. By confirming this code, it will be checked whether you have access to your e-mail address and that it is available to you.

At this stage, our customer's identity and recipient transaction information is requested and the information is confirmed. Our Operations Center Supervisor provides the necessary information to our customer so that they can send the relevant amount to BPN accounts. After our customer completes the transaction in this direction, the approval system is activated and the information that our customer has achieved a successful transaction is sent to him/her.

When you call our Operations Center, your personal information is legally verified and your domestic or international money transfer transaction begins with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union.
At this stage, authentication is made. After the mobile phone number and e-mail approval stages, your money sending process is completed by receiving information about your money sending transaction.

What Information Will You Offer? How Does the Process Work?

1) After your identity information, mobile phone number and e-mail verification procedure, the Operations Center Supervisor requests your personal information (name, surname, place and date of birth, nationality, identity type and identity number, address, and professional information) and confirms the information you provide.

2) The Operations Center Supervisor will ask you for information about the person you will send money to, the amount of the money you will send, the currency in which the recipient will receive the money and the destination information.

3) In the meantime, the Operations Center Supervisor gives you detailed information about what you need to do for the transaction you have provided.

  • Information about the fee for sending money,
  • The transaction fee you have to transfer to BPN accounts from a bank account registered in your name and the total amount of the money you send,
  • How the amount will be sent to BPN accounts is shared with you.

All details and BPN bank account information are sent to your verified e-mail address by e-mail.

PAYMENT AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES

After your identity information, mobile phone number and e-mail verification process, the recipient details and amount information are requested, and your domestic or international money sending process is initiated with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union.
After the information regarding your money transfer transaction is received from you, you will be notified via e-mail with the transaction information and BPN account information sent to your confirmed e-mail address. If you confirm your transaction by checking the accuracy of this information, you will verbally inform the Operations Center Supervisor of your approval.

Payment and Approval Process
  • You will send the total fee, which is the sum of the amount you will send and the transaction fee, to one of the bank accounts of BPN sent to you via e-mail within maximum 24 hours.
    When sending the total amount to BPN bank accounts; in the explanation part, you should specify your TR ID or YKN and the transaction number in the e-mail sent to you. You must pay the total amount to one of the specified BPN bank accounts, from a bank account registered in your name.

  • The Operations Center Supervisor checks our accounts, checks that the total amount has come from a bank account in your name and confirms the transaction and performs your transaction.

  • When your transaction is successful; you will be notified via your verified e-mail address and your domestic or international money tranfer transaction will be concluded by phone with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union. The other party can receive the money from the nearest point.

NOTE : The total fee (the sum of the money you send and the transaction fee) from a bank account registered in your name to BPN bank accounts is mandatory for your money transfer transaction to be successful. BPN account information is sent to you during the transaction via e-mail before confirming your transaction.

What should I do if I sent money less or more than the total amount?
Your transaction will be canceled directly and the amount you have sent will be returned to your bank account from which you are sending. In order to perform your transaction, you need to start the transaction by calling the BPN Operations Center again.

What happens if I send the total fee to BPN accounts from someone else's account?

May I send 2,000 TL or more money?
Unfortunately no. For legal reasons, you can send a maximum of 1,999 TL to domestic and abroad accounts with the cooperation of BPN - Western Union.

Is there a monthly transaction limit?
Yes, the monthly transaction limit is 1.999 TL for domestic and international money transfer transactions in cooperation with BPN - Western Union for legal reasons.

May I send money to BPN in USD or Euro when sending money abroad with BPN - Western Union?
Unfortunately, you can currently only transfer to BPN bank accounts in TL currency only.
