Perform your domestic and international money transfer transactions quickly by calling our operation center from your location . In order to make money transfers under 2.000 TL with the Money Transfer service over the phone, it is sufficient to have made a one-time transaction from BPN representative points before.
To transfer money by phone, you must be our registered customer and have a valid mobile number, email account and a bank account in your name for verification. If you have transferred money from BPN before; you can quickly perform your Money Transfer transactions on the Phone by calling BPN operation center directly.
If you have not transferred money from BPN before (if you are not a BPN customer); you must create a one-time registration. If you are a BPN customer, you do not need to re-register because you already have one.
Our customers, who will transfer money from BPN for the first time, must go to the nearest BPN representative point and register in accordance with the Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and the Financing of Terrorism and the rules of "Identification" the limits of which are determined by the sub-regulations of the Law. In addition, in order to send money by phone, it is necessary to be a BPN customer.
In order to complete the transaction smoothly, you must have a valid and up-to-date mobile number. During the process, verification will be provided by sending an SMS to this mobile number.
In addition, a verification code will be sent to your current e-mail account during the transaction to check the accuracy of your account. For this reason, your e-mail address, to which we will send all information during the transaction and after the completion of transaction, must be correct, up-to-date and within your reach.
Confirm the transaction by sending the total amount (principal + transaction fee) to the respective BPN accounts from a bank account in your own name.
By using the Money Transfer service on the phone, you can transfer money at different times in a month, up to a total of 1.999 TL and a maximum of 1.999 TL per transaction.
